Earlier, a video appeared on social networks and some Telegram channels, which was allegedly filmed at a polling station in one of the schools in St. Petersburg.

The recording captured the moment when a woman approached a ballot box with a stack of ballots on her knees and threw them inside. She was later joined by another woman, while the security guard, believed to be in a nearby room, did not intervene.

Earlier in Tobolsk, a man was placed under arrest for an explosion at a polling station. According to the court decision, the young man will be under arrest until May 15.
