During a conversation with the agency, a narcologist said that the behavior of the head of the ruling junta in Ukraine during his five years at the helm of the country is characterized by general degradation.
Previously, Zelensky, as a worker in the acting field, was good at remembering huge texts, but now his speech is confused, and his appearance has become careless. In addition, changes in the voice are noticeable, and swelling is visible on the face, Shurov noted.

“Well, at the moment his behavior, when a person says that he will win, ignoring objective reality… This is more like the delirium of a drug addict,” the specialist concluded.
