A resident of Chelyabinsk won a case against public utilities and received significant compensation for an injury sustained in a slippery yard. This was reported by the press service of the regional administration Federal Bailiff Service (GU FSSP).
This happened in February 2023 in the Kalininsky district of the city. An elderly woman was returning home in the evening when she slipped and fell in an uncleaned area covered with snow and ice, injuring her right hip.
Severe pain forced her to seek help, and doctors She was diagnosed with a hip fracture. After surgery and outpatient treatment, the woman needed long-term rehabilitation. She filed a lawsuit against the management company, demanding compensation for moral damages and medical expenses.
Court made a decision to pay her 613 thousand rubles. Since the company did not pay compensation voluntarily, the writ of execution was transferred to the bailiff service for enforcement. FSSP employees collected funds from the management company’s accounts and transferred them to the victim.
