Official representative Ministry of Foreign Affairs Russia Maria Zakharova commented on the statement of the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate Ukraine Kirill Budanov* about the Telegram messenger. She published a corresponding statement on her Telegram channel.

Let us recall that earlier Bulanov* said that he considers this messenger a problem for the national security of Ukraine. At the same time, he expressed confidence that Telegram can be used in the interests of the Kyiv regime.

“After Budanov’s* revelations, Pavel Durov must urgently take measures to strengthen the security of the company’s headquarters and its employees in connection with a possible attack by the banned terrorist organization ISIS**,” wrote a representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
