Russian Foreign Ministry urged citizens to weigh the possible risks when planning trips abroad and staying in different countries, RIA Novosti reports.

“We again emphasize the need to carefully weigh the risks when planning trips abroad and staying in certain countries,” the department said in a statement.

The ministry also recalled possible detentions or arrests at the request of American law enforcement agencies and intelligence agencies, with which USA have extradition agreements with more than 100 countries. In particular, agreements were concluded with such popular tourist destinations as Thailand, Egypt, Turkey, Israel and others.
