“Rachabalizoda admitted guilt,” the department told the agency.
Let us remind you that the accused is a citizen of Tajikistan; at the hearing he communicated with the judge through an interpreter. According to the accused, he was born in 1994 and has four children. Rachabalizoda also emphasized that he has a place of registration in Russia, but does not remember it.
