According to him, American IT corporations have long shown a disdainful attitude towards users from Russia, who are forced to put up with various kinds of inconveniences when using smartphones. The deputy noted that if smartphones are turned off, profiles on social networks and paid subscriptions may be affected.
Nemkin also added that today in Russia there is a process of import substitution, and Russian companies offer high-quality and competitive solutions to their Western counterparts.
