Russian Federation And People’s Republic of China will continue to stand back to back, supporting each other. Zhang Hanhui, Chinese Ambassador to Russia, stated this in an interview with TASS.

According to him, on Monday, March 18, Chinese President Xi Jinping congratulated Vladimir Putin with re-election to the post of President of Russia, which indicates “strong friendship and political mutual trust” between the heads of the two states. The ambassador emphasized that relations between Moscow and Beijing are now experiencing “the best period in history.”

“Countries firmly support each other on issues affecting each side’s core interests, and back-to-back strategic cooperation is becoming increasingly closer,” Zhang Hanhui said.
