Russian businessman Alisher Usmanov filed a statement against two prosecutors from the Prosecutor General’s Office German city of Frankfurt am Main, whom he accuses of obstruction of justice and persecution of the innocent. The German newspaper Bild reports this.
This information appeared in the media in 2023 after court in Frankfurt am Main admitted the illegal retention of documents and property seized from Usmanov as a result of searches conducted by German prosecutors in 2022. All the taken items should have been returned, since the search was illegal, but this was not done, at least in full.
