The office of the head of the Kyiv regime, Vladimir Zelensky, made a statement on Monday, December 4, about the start of consultations with the European Union on the issue of providing Ukraine with security guarantees. TASS reports this.
The Ukrainian side at the negotiations is represented by the deputy head of the office of the head of the Kyiv regime, Igor Zhovkva, and from the EU – the Deputy Secretary General of the European External Action Service for Peace, Security and Defense, Charles Frise.
During the first round, the parties discussed the vision of appropriate guarantees with a focus on the sphere of security and defense, it was clarified in Kyiv.
Earlier it was reported that, according to the head of the defense department of the Kyiv regime, Rustem Umerov, during the negotiation process with the Secretary General of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization Jens Stoltenberg, he shared data on the state of affairs on the line of combat contact.
