“Yandex Go has launched a scooter rental service in Belgrade, the company’s press service reported.
“Yandex Go” will become the first kick-sharing service in Serbia, the company emphasized. Users in Belgrade will be able to rent Ninebot Max Plus scooters, which have a maximum speed of 25 km/h. At the same time, as the company clarifies, they will reduce speed automatically in crowded places.
The cost of one minute of travel will be 12 dinars (about 10 rubles). Users will also be able to purchase a package of minutes – 30, 60, 100 or 200 minutes, so that the cost of one minute is lower.
“Yandex Go has been developing a scooter rental service since 2021. First, the company launched kicksharing in Moscow, then the service became available in several other Russian cities. At the beginning of the year, a company representative told Vedomosti that they planned to expand the geography of the service. Since March 2023, the service has become available in Almaty.
At the end of 2022 “Yandex» introduced scooters of our own design. In the spring “Yandex” and “Yurent” announced about the technical integration of services, after which from April 26 you can rent Yurent scooters in the Yandex Go application.
