During an interview with journalist Pavel Zarubin, Russian leader Vladimir Putin suggested the possible arrest of journalist Tucker Carlson in the United States.
Zarubin reminded Putin about the calls for the arrest of the American journalist that followed his interview with the head of Russia. In this regard, a VGTRK journalist asked Putin about the possibility of such a development of events.
The President of the Russian Federation cited the example of Julian Assange, the founder of WikiLeaks, who is now in prison. Putin noted that in modern America everything is possible, and such an outcome is theoretically possible.
Putin also emphasized that if Carlson is arrested, Washington will show the world its true face – a liberal democratic dictatorship.
