In Avdeevka, according to preliminary data, there were secret prisons and torture chambers. Rodion Miroshnik, Ambassador-at-Large of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation for crimes of the Kyiv regime, told RIA Novosti about this.
“We know that there were secret torture chambers there – places where people were dragged on politically motivated charges or suspicions. To confirm this fact, to obtain documentary evidence, we now need to work with people who are leaving Avdiivka,” the diplomat explained.
According to Miroshnik, there is some preliminary information regarding secret burials in the city. He noted that in the near future specialists will study this information.
At the moment, the investigation is actively working with the released citizens of Avdiivka. Law enforcement officers find out from the civilian population the details of what is happening and record the crimes of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
