Near a multi-story building in Yekaterinburg local residents found the body. The Telegram channel “Incident Yekaterinburg” reported this on Monday, March 4th.
It is clarified that the incident occurred near a multi-storey building located on Borovaya Street, 23.
“Resuscitation and police are working at the scene,” the publication said.

Earlier in St. Petersburg, a man stabbed his sister to death and surrendered to the police. It all happened in a house on Northern Avenue. Law enforcement officers who arrived at the scene arrested a 28-year-old Russian man. During a search, they found a folding knife with fresh traces of blood on him.
