The head of the Belgorod region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, spoke about the time frame for restoring housing that was damaged after shelling from outside Ukrainian troops.

“There is a lot of damage to residential buildings. Roofs are broken, windows are broken, some houses are completely destroyed…,” said the message, which was published on his personal Telegram channel.

The governor said that this will happen when the Russian army pushes the militants of the Kyiv regime away from villages and towns in the border zones, when it becomes possible to return to populated areas.
