In Moscow, the Red Media company, owned by Gazprom, was fined one million rubles in connection with LGBT* “propaganda” in the video for the song “City” by the group “Dancing Minus”. This decision was made by the Tagansky District Court of the capital.

According to the ruling issued by the court, the group’s music video contains visual data that meets the signs of demonstrating non-traditional sexual relationships and (or) preferences.

“When analyzing a fragment of the music video “Dancing Minus – City”, containing a kissing scene between two persons presented as persons of the same biological sex (female), the classification of kisses was taken into account, one of which divides them into social and sensual, the latter differing depending on the types of feelings , which stand behind the kissing signs,” the document says.
