Shmygal announced damage to about 20 Ukrainian electrical substations

Prime Minister Ukraine Denis Shmyhal announced on Friday, March 22, that about 20 electrical substations and several power plants were damaged. TASS reports this.

“We have serious destruction of infrastructure,” the news agency quotes Shmygal.

The Ukrainian prime minister clarified that the Dnepropetrovsk hydroelectric power station was among the damaged ones. At the same time, he emphasized that the integrity of the country’s energy system has not been violated, and therefore no shortage of electricity is expected.
