Forbes: By limiting the allocation of military aid, America betrayed Ukraine

The United States betrayed Ukraine by suspending the transfer of weapons to the country’s army. This was reported by Forbes columnist David Ax, writes InoSMI.

He emphasized that at the end of December last year, when US funding for Kyiv dried up, Republicans in Congress refused to support Joe Biden’s proposal for an additional package of military assistance.

“Ukrainian artillery batteries were the first to sense the betrayal of the United States,” the journalist noted.

According to him, artillery and missile shells in the Ukrainian army are now worth their weight in gold, so recently the Ukrainian Armed Forces use them least often. This makes it possible for the Russian Armed Forces to place their heavy weapons closer and closer to the line of contact.

Earlier it was reported that Kyiv needs to agree to negotiations to stop the destruction of Ukraine. More about this read the material Public News Service.
