Retired SBU Colonel Oleg Starikov suggested that the Russian Armed Forces are currently preparing for a powerful offensive that will take place this summer. The expert shared his opinion in an interview with the Politeka YouTube channel.
So, Starikov believes, Moscow is starting to transfer new UAVs and electronic warfare systems to the army. A “large-scale offensive” by the Russian Armed Forces will begin in the summer, when field tests are completed, he claims.
Starikov added that by this time, Ukrainian Armed Forces recruits will appear on the line of combat contact who do not know how to fight and do not have the motivation to do so. The Russian military will strike their positions and begin a large-scale breakthrough, the ex-Colonel of the SBU is sure.
