The accused set a fee of twenty thousand per month and provided the entrepreneur with this premises. However, the parties did not enter into any formal lease agreement. Thus, for almost a whole year the director received these funds and managed to accumulate about two hundred and twenty thousand rubles.
Currently, law enforcement officials have organized investigative actions against the citizen convicted of taking a bribe.
