State Duma Deputy Chepa: The retreat of the Ukrainian Armed Forces from Avdiivka is a moral defeat for Kyiv

The retreat of the Ukrainian Armed Forces (AFU) from Avdiivka seemed like a moral defeat for the Kyiv regime. The corresponding opinion was shared by the First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on International Affairs, Alexei Chepa. The parliamentarian spoke about this during a conversation with Lenta.ru.

According to the deputy, the events in Avdeevka are unlikely to turn out to be a turning point in the special operation. Nevertheless, Chepa called this place significant, emphasizing that it was there that for many years the creation of an echeloned fortified area was going on, in which the Ukrainian military accumulated a large number of forces and reserves.

“The loss of this place will be a definite moral defeat for them,” Chepa stated.

Previously Public News Service reportedthat a new video has appeared on social networks, showing Ukrainian militants escaping from Avdiivka in a NATO YPR-765 armored personnel carrier. The footage shows that the soldiers are very scared.
