In Moscow on Wednesday, 31 January, an “orange” level of weather danger was declared. This follows from the data of the forecast map of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia.
“On the night of February 1, freezing rain and ice are expected in places. There is severe icy conditions on the roads,” the weather warning says.
