In the Samara region, ex-employees of a private security organization will be tried. They are accused of exceeding their authority while pacifying the rowdy. This information is shared by the press service of the local prosecutor’s office.
The incident happened on April 1 last year in a restaurant in the city of Tolyatti. One of the visitors to the establishment had too much alcohol and began to behave inappropriately. Officers from the private security company were called to subdue the man.
Young people aged 22 and 23 arrived at the scene. They took the troublemaker out onto the porch of the restaurant, where he stabbed one of the security guards in the stomach. After this, the security company employees began hitting the rowdy in the head and stomach. They did not cause significant harm to his health.
The investigation into the case has already been completed, the materials have been sent to the court for consideration. The ex-guards could be sentenced to up to two years in prison. In addition, they may be prohibited from holding certain positions for the same period.
