Yonhap: US may borrow ammunition from South Korea to help Ukraine

Experts from the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) United States of America took the initiative to borrow 105-mm ammunition from South Korea, which could be sent as aid Ukraine. In exchange, the United States agrees to send 155-mm shells, which Seoul needs. The Yonhap agency shared the relevant information.

“The US proposal to use most of South Korea’s 105mm ammunition stockpile and then replace it with 155mm ammunition in production may appeal to South Korea,” the authors of the material quote a comment from CSIS experts.
