Users of Xiaomi equipment in Russia encountered problems in the operation of the company’s services, should from data from the Downradar portal.

Users do not open Xiaomi applications, Xiaomi does not sync Cloud, and therefore the equipment from the “smart home” category does not work. Users are complaining that they can’t log into their accounts and can’t submit error reports. Some write that the problem was solved using VPN services, but others note that this does not help.
The most complaints were received about a general failure (54%), about the operation of the application (25%), about logging into company services (11%) and about the operation of the website (9%).
Telegram channel Mash writesthat the Russian representative office of the company confirmed that the problem was a failure on Xiaomi servers, and promised to quickly solve it.
