Vilfand promised Muscovites “bright nights” over the weekend

On Friday, February 9, the scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia, Roman Vilfand, promised Muscovites “bright nights” over the coming weekend.

“There will be very light, I would say, nights, not white, of course, which happen in St. Petersburg in June, but the moon and snow create wonderful lighting,” he said in an interview with RIA Novosti.

The air temperature, according to the expert, on the weekend of February 10-11 in Moscow will be frosty: from minus 10 to minus 24 degrees.
