Torpedo beat Sochi in the KHL match

The match of the regular championship of the Continental Hockey League (KHL), in which Nizhny Novgorod Torpedo hosted Sochi on its ice, has ended. The result of the game was the victory of the hosts with a score of 5:3.

Among the winners, Nikita Artamonov (double), Danil Veryaev, Bobby Lynch and Dmitry Breus scored goals. The goals for Sochi were scored by Matvey Michkov, Daniil Seroukh and Artur Tyanulin.

This victory allowed Torpedo to gain a foothold in fifth place in the KHL Western Conference standings, with the team having 73 points. Sochi, in turn, is in 10th position in the Western table with 47 points. In the next round, the Sochi team will meet with SKA St. Petersburg, and Torpedo will play with Nizhnekamsk Neftekhimik.
