The Russian Permanent Mission to international organizations in Vienna sent a note verbale to the IAEA secretariat regarding the use of minefields at the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant. The permanent mission emphasized that the location of the mines does not pose a danger to the specialists located at the Zaporizhia NPP. RIA Novosti writes about this.

“The minefields located between the external and internal perimeters of the Zaporizhia NPP do not pose any threat to the plant personnel and the IAEA experts located there,” the note notes.
