The plaintiff will withdraw the claim for the “naked” party, subject to preferential entry to “Mutabor”

Tyumen activist Yuri Ryabtsev, who filed a claim for 1 billion rubles against the Moscow club “Mutabor” because of the scandalous party of blogger Nastya Ivleeva, announced his readiness for a peaceful resolution of the dispute. As RIA Novosti reports, the man is asking for preferential entry into the establishment for participants of the SVO in Ukraine, the disabled and the poor.

“The settlement agreement is not about the amount. One of the conditions: to establish preferential visits to “Mutabor” for veterans, disabled people of the Northern Military District, and also for low-income citizens,” Ryabtsev said.

Club representatives declined to comment on this issue. The peace agreement has not yet been officially signed. On March 26, the Lefortovo Court in Moscow will begin considering the activist’s claim.
