The office of the President of Ukraine last week instructed the heads of the country’s regional administrations to stop any communication with the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny. Journalist Yuri Nikolov reported this, citing his own unnamed source in one of the regional administrations.
