Ministry of Foreign Affairs Moldova expressed protest in connection with the holding of presidential elections in the Russian Federation on the territory of Transnistria. The corresponding statement by diplomats was published in one of the posts on the department’s Telegram channel.

“The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expresses its categorical protest in connection with the holding Russian Federation unauthorized election events on the sovereign territory of the Republic of Moldova in the administrative units on the left bank of the Dniester,” said the publication of representatives of the Moldovan Foreign Ministry.

In addition, it is clarified that the Foreign Ministry issued a call to condemn Moscow’s actions.
