Vice Speaker of the Federation Council Inna Svyatenko proposed the creation of tourism programs aimed at increasing the availability of family holidays. She came up with such an initiative during the plenary session of Tourism Day at the International Exhibition and Forum “Russia,” TASS writes.

“Both already tested and well-proven targeted mechanisms for stimulating such trips, as well as new programs aimed at popularizing and increasing the availability of family holidays with children can be used,” Svyatenko said.

The Vice-Speaker of the Federation Council also proposed to work on organizing tourism programs for Russians with limited mobility and for citizens belonging to social categories.

Earlier, the Commissioner for Children’s Rights of the Moscow Region, Ksenia Mishonova, spoke about how young people can be motivated to start a family and have children.

She noted that nothing prevents her from having children and continuing to live life to the fullest. In her opinion, the wrong values are being instilled in young people from the West. More about this read the material Public News Service.
