The Yaroslavl Regional Court upheld the decision to seize more than 83% of the shares of TGK-2 to the state at the request of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Russia. About it it says in a message on the court’s website.

Having studied the case materials, the appellate court found no grounds for satisfying the appeals and upheld the decision of the Leninsky District Court of Yaroslavl, which on July 14 decided satisfy the claim of the Prosecutor General’s Office.
Lawyer Maxim Verzhak, representing the interests of Cores Invest (one of the legal entities whose share in TGK-2 was recovered), said that the shareholders intend to file a complaint with the cassation court, transmits Interfax.
The claim was registered on June 28. Kostroma Kogeneratsiya Limited, Janan Holdings Limited, Raltaka Enterprises Ltd, Litim Trading Limited, ex-senator from Chuvashia, businessman Leonid Lebedev and Debt Agency are also defendants.
