Thai authorities plan to extend visa-free travel for tourists from Russia

Thailand is considering the possibility of extending the visa-free regime for tourists coming from Russia. Information about this was shared by Asean Now.

The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) believes that consideration should be given to extending the existing visa-free period. It currently lasts 90 days and is due to expire on April 30.

TAT representatives propose to extend this norm and also extend it to tourists from the USA and Europe.

The management noted that this will have a positive impact on the entire industry.
