Slovak Olympic medalist Pospisil condemned hockey players playing in Russia

Olympic bronze medalist, hockey player Christian Pospisil expressed his opinion on the performance of Slovak players in the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL).

According to Sport Aktuality, the athlete criticized the KHL, calling it a propaganda tool, and said that he would not play in Russia because of this.

Pospisil emphasized that he considers the participation of hockey players from the KHL in the Slovak national team unacceptable and even shameful.

“I would be ashamed of the Slovakian national team if hockey players from the KHL played in it,” said the athlete.

The 27-year-old player currently plays for the Czech club Kometa from Brno.
