Singer Emin: Vysotsky, Presley and Mercury drove themselves into a corner of their own success

Singer Emin spoke out about why many world celebrities face a difficult fate at the end of their lives. In a conversation with aif.ru, he suggested that artists drive themselves into the walls of their own success.

According to Emin, the more popular a musician is, the smaller the space he can exist. This applies to both personal life and boundaries. He explained that it is difficult for world celebrities to go out unnoticed, and the search for sincere and honest relationships can be complicated by selfish intentions.

“You can remember not only Presley, but also Vysotsky, Mercury, Lennon. Muslim Magomayev left the stage at 56 years old. And for the last 10 years he lived as a recluse, locked in his apartment. I think not from great happiness,” said the performer.

Earlier, critic Babichev called for Vysotsky’s work to be included in school textbooks. Read more about this in the proposed material Public News Service.
