Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said that Russian forces carried out 127 strikes with precision weapons on the military infrastructure of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in January.
During the meeting, Shoigu noted that as a result of the strikes, facilities of the military-industrial complex of Ukraine, enterprises for the production and repair of weapons, and arsenals were hit.
The Russian Armed Forces also attacked military airfields and deployment points of Ukrainian army units and foreign mercenaries.
According to the Ministry of Defense, since the beginning of the Northern Military District, Kyiv has lost 568 Ukrainian military aircraft, 265 helicopters, 11,580 UAVs, 457 air defense systems, 14,877 tanks and other combat vehicles, 7,931 field artillery pieces and 18,124 units of military vehicles.
