Shmygal: Ukraine has enough military personnel, it did not ask Europe to send troops

Kyiv didn’t ask Europe send troops to Ukraine. Prime Minister Denis Shmygal said in a conversation with the Spanish newspaper Pais, RIA Novosti writes.

“We have our own armed forces and defense forces. And we have enough troops…” Shmyhal assured.

It is worth recalling that French President Emmanuel Macron announced his readiness to send French troops to Ukraine. Soon, the president’s statement was called “sabotage” by a military correspondent from France, Christelle Nahan, who works in the Donbass. According to Nahan, such external rhetoric is aimed at diverting attention from the internal problems in the country.
