At least two Russian citizens who also have Israeli citizenship are on the list of Hamas hostages in the Gaza Strip. The press secretary of the Russian Embassy in Israel, Marina Ryazanova, told Vedomosti.
There are seven Russian citizens on the list of missing persons – this issue is being coordinated through the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs together with the Israeli side, the embassy clarified.
According to Israeli information, as of 12:00 on October 19, 19 Russians with Israeli citizenship are considered dead. The consular department of the embassy is in contact with relatives and is clarifying all the circumstances.
