Putin supported the idea of ​​​​payments to residents of besieged Sevastopol

Russian President Vladimir Putin spoke in support of the initiative regarding additional payments to residents and defenders of Sevastopol, besieged during the Great Patriotic War. RIA Novosti reports this.

On Monday, February 19, the head of state met with the city governor Mikhail Razvozhaev.

During the conversation, Putin noted that Sevastopol residents have a courageous character, and even today, despite the events taking place, they do not leave their hometown.

Additional payments are expected to be made by the 80th anniversary of the liberation of the city.

Earlier it was reported that Candidate of Legal Sciences Irina Sivakova reminded pensioners in which case they will not be able to receive money on the card.
