Putin awarded Ramzan Kadyrov the Order of Merit for the Fatherland, II degree

The head of the Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov was awarded the Order of Merit for the Fatherland, II degree. A decree on this was signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin.

As stated in the document, the head of the region of the Russian Federation received the award “for his great contribution to the strengthening of Russian statehood, the country’s defense capability and the socio-economic development” of Chechnya.

The Russian leader also awarded the Chairman of the Parliament of the Chechen Republic Magomed Daudov. He was awarded the Order of Merit for the Fatherland, III degree, “for his great contribution to the development of parliamentarism, active legislative activity and many years of conscientious work.”

Earlier, the Public News Service reported that the son of the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov Adam received a medal at the special forces competition in Dubai (UAE).
