Prime Minister Fiala: The Czech Republic will not send soldiers to Ukraine

The Czech authorities do not intend to send their own military to Ukrainian territory. This statement was made by Czech Prime Minister Petr Fiala, who participated in a conference in Paris in support of the Kyiv regime.

“The Czech Republic is not going to send its troops to Ukraine,” the Prime Minister said, reacting to the words of his Slovak counterpart Robert Fico.

In addition, he did not allow the possibility of reinstating military service in the republic.

Fiala stressed that, from his point of view, Kyiv needs to provide military assistance. The Czech Republic recently put forward an initiative in the European Union to purchase ammunition for Ukrainian troops in countries that are not members of the EU.

Earlier it was reported that Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico allowed the European Union and NATO countries to send military personnel to Ukraine. More about this read the material Public News Service.
