Passengers on the Saransk-Moscow flight, who were unable to fly due to an incident in which one of the planes rolled off the runway, will travel by bus to Penza, from where they will fly to the capital. Alexander Kistaikin, General Director of Saransk International Airport JSC, spoke about this.
“The reserve plane will be brought to Penza, passengers will be transported by bus from Saransk to Penza. Passengers – 65 people – are waiting,” said the company’s general director.
According to him, at the moment, airport workers are busy evacuating a plane that rolled off the runway. Kistaikin separately emphasized that there are no flights planned at Saransk airport on Tuesday, February 6.
