Panarin’s pass did not save the Rangers from defeat in the match with Pittsburgh

Pittsburgh forward Evgeni Malkin did not score any goals, and Rangers goalkeeper Igor Shesterkin stopped 16 shots.

Despite the first defeat in the last six matches, the Rangers remained in first place in the NHL Eastern Conference standings, with 104 points. Pittsburgh is 11th in the East with 77 points.
