The press service of the Ministry of Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of the Primorsky Territory shared information that on Saturday, March 16, department specialists recorded nine natural fires. One of fires managed to localize. TASS writes about this.

“As of this morning, nine fires were registered (from the previous day), with a total area of ​​876 hectares, eight are active, one has been localized. One fire with an area of ​​30 hectares has been registered on the lands of the forest fund, and one is active,” the report says.

Earlier, the first spring games of bears were filmed in the Russian national park “Land of the Leopard” in the Primorsky Territory. The recording shows two types of bears—brown and white-breasted—scratching their backs against tree trunks, leaving their marks on them. These movements resemble a kind of dance.
