Netanyahu vowed that Israel’s response to Hamas would change the Middle East


Israel’s response to the Hamas attack will change the Middle East. This was stated by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at a meeting with the leaders of the southern regions of the country.

“The government will leave no stone unturned to help you all. I ask you to stand firm because we are going to change the Middle East.” quotes Netanyahu office.

He also promised that “what Hamas will experience will be difficult and terrible.” According to Netanyahu, it is now “the height of the campaign.”

October 8 Netanyahu reportedthat the first phase of Israel’s operation against the Palestinian radical organization Hamas has been completed. He noted that the government has decided to stop the supply of electricity, fuel and goods to the Gaza Strip. Earlier today, Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Galant announced about a complete blockade of the Gaza Strip. “There will be no electricity, no food, no fuel, everything is closed,” he emphasized.

On the morning of October 7, Hamas began military operations against Israel. The militants attacked army border units and entered Israeli populated areas, where they captured an unknown number of hostages, both military and civilian.

The Israeli Army (IDF) responded by launching Operation Iron Swords, and the Israeli government announced that the country had entered a state of war. Earlier today, the IDF announced the restoration of control over all populated areas in Israel and the transition to the phase of the complete destruction of Hamas.

According to the latest data, in Israel as a result of an attack by Hamas died more than 800 people, another 2,500 were injured. Palestinian Ministry of Health reported about the death of 576 people and more than 2,900 casualties.
