Lavrov said that he would recommend the DPRK to Russian tourists

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov would recommend visiting the DPRK to Russian tourists. He told reporters this: transmits “RIA News”.

“I would,” the diplomat said, answering a question about whether he would recommend North Korea as a holiday destination for Russians.

On October 18, Lavrov arrived in Pyongyang on an official visit after completing his trip to Beijing. Minister notedthat Russia highly appreciates the “principled, unequivocal support” of the DPRK in conducting a special operation in Ukraine and the recognition of the entry of the DPR, LPR, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions into the Russian Federation.

North Korean leader Kim Jong-un came to Russia on an official visit on September 12-17. The North Korean leader held talks with Putin at Vostochny on September 13. Following the results of Kim Jong-un’s trip, Russian Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov said that it was “timely, useful and constructive.” The Kremlin emphasized that Russia will continue to develop relations with North Korea.
