The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba commented on the rivalry of the Prime Minister of the Ugric region Viktor Orban and the President of the aggressor country Volodymyr Putin in China, at one point the former called Russia’s foreign war “in “ysk operation”.
