State Duma deputy Ayrat Farrakhov sent a proposal to the ministries of health of Russia and the Republic of Tatarstan to give Russians the right to refuse a post-mortem autopsy through Gosuslugi.
According to him, which leads “Parliamentary newspaper”, by-laws regulating this area require improvement.
In particular, he proposes allowing pensioners who are beyond the country’s life expectancy to refuse an autopsy if their body shows no signs of violent death.
“Government Services,” in his opinion, will be able to simplify this moment: “Because let’s take a situation: a person writes in advance a refusal to perform an autopsy. Then he dies. It is clear that relatives have many much more important and pressing matters than searching for this note, which can simply get lost in weeks or months.”
Earlier, the Public News Service wrote that by 2030, all residents of the country with chronic diseases who are registered at the dispensary will receive notifications about the need to visit doctorsas well as undergoing treatment and examinations.
