A high-rise installer cut off the safety rope of a work colleague during restoration work on the facade at the height of the fifth floor of a multi-storey building in Rostov-on-Don; according to the Mash publication, the man who fell remained alive.

On Cosmonaut Street, 47-year-old Vyacheslav S. and one-year-old Igor P. quarreled in the process of dividing work responsibilities. After a while, they got personal, as a result of which Igor cut his colleague’s cable.

People passing by saw Vyacheslav fall from a 15-meter height and called an ambulance. By the time the emergency services arrived, it turned out that Vyacheslav had survived, he was immediately taken to the hospital and a number of necessary operations were performed. Paramedics reported that the man was in extremely serious condition. The police are clarifying the details of the incident and are discussing the initiation of a criminal case under the article “Murder”.
